摘要
针对苏里格气田部分气井井底积液严重导致无法正常生产的现状,研发了排量达6×10~4m^3/d的车载式天然气压缩机,设计了全封闭式的增压气举工艺流程。现场应用表明:该设备操作方便、安全环保、施工费用低;有效实现了7口水淹井复产,为低压低产气井提高采收率探索了一条新途径。
It is difficult to produce normally for some gas wells in Sulige gas field because of liquid loading.A natural gas compressor with discharge rate of 6×10~4m^3/d is developed and a fullyenclosed gas lift technological process is designed.The application shows some features such as convenience,safety,no pollution and low cost.Seven drowned wells are revived effectively.A new way of EOR for low pressure and production gas wells is explored.
