摘要
校企合作被认为是提升应用型人才培养效果的重要举措之一。创新创业共生型校企合作人才培养模式能够解决传统校企合作中的主体多元化问题,以更好地确保校企合作人才培养的互利性和可持续性。建立完备的政策保障体系,提供现代技术、场地及资金支持,确保过程监督和考评机制完善,以及实现科研、教学及实践三者相互协调和促进,是实施创新创业共生型校企合作人才培养模式的关键。
School-enterprise cooperation is considered to be one of the most important measures to improve the effect of training applied talents, and the training mode of school-enterprise symbiotic cooperation with innovation and entrepreneurship can solve the subjective diversified problems in the traditional school-enterprise cooperation so as to better ensure the mutuality and sustainability of school-enterprise cooperative training. It is the key to the implementation of the training mode of School-enterprise symbiotic cooperation with innovation and entrepreneurship to build a complete policy system, provide modem technology, location and financial support, ensure the perfection of supervision and evaluation mechanism and realize the coordination and promotion of scientific research, teaching and practice.
