摘要
本文首先考察了大学职能的历史演变过程,研究了产学合作关系产生的原因,探讨了产学合作中存在的各种障碍和冲突;然后从教育价值观、管理体制和经济水平等方面,分析了我国产学合作的发展状况;最后从人才培养和科技开发等两个不同的角度,归纳提出了产学合作的几种典型模式。
This thesis makes a survey of the evolutionary process of university functions and probes into the causes of the formation of the cooperative relationship between industry and university as well as the obstacles and conflicts in the cooperation.It then analyzes the development of industry-university cooperation in China from the perspectives of education values,management systems and economic standards.Finally,it summarizes several typical models of industry-university cooperation around talent cultivation ...
