摘要
力量耐力是指肌肉长时间克服阻力的能力,引体向上作为力量耐力项目是全国大学生体质测试项目之一,由于受到训练方法和训练设备的制约,引体向上成绩普遍呈现较低水平。为了探索有效提高引体向上成绩的训练方法,实验采用超极限辅助法对60名受试者进行3个月的系统训练,测试结果:100%辅助组和60%辅助组的受试者引体向上成绩均得到显著性提高。结果证明:超极限辅助法符合运动生理机制和运动训练原理,是对力量耐力训练方法的创新。
Endurance is the ability to overcome the resistance of the muscles for a long time, pull ups as strength endurance project is one of the National Students' physique test project, due to limited training methods and equipment, pull ups scores the generally low level. In order to explore the effective training methods to improve pull ups, using systematic training, three months on 60 subjects over the limit test results: 100% auxiliary group and the 60% auxiliary group of subjects pull ups scores could improve significantly. The results show that the extreme limit auxiliary method conforms to the physiological mechanism of movement and the principle of sports training, and is the innovation of the strength endurance training method.
