摘要
目的通过调查实习护生和带教老师对护理教学的需求,为护理带教创新提供思路。方法按照简单随机抽样原则选取自2016年9月~2017年6月在我院手术室进行实习的实习护生50名和带教老师40名作为调查对象,调查内容为自制护理教学需求问卷。结果 "基础知识""基础操作""职业防护""教学形式"和"器械识别"的需求在带教老师和实习护生中,均位于前列。带教老师对于"护士职业价值实现需求"高于实习护生,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。带教双方对"手术室护理教学环境需求""手术室护理教学技能需求""手术室护理教学知识需求""手术室护理教学方式需求"比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。带教双方均对"手术室护理教学方式需求"维度需求最大。结论带教老师应加强改进教学方式,应着重探索新型带教形式,提高带教效率、降低护生学习难度,优化学习环境。
Objective To investigate the needs of nursing students and teaching teachers for nursing teaching,and to provide ideas for nursing teaching innovation. Methods 50 nursing students and 40 teaching teachers from September 2016 to June 2017 in operation room of our hospital were selected as the object.The survey content was a self-designed questionnaire on nursing teaching needs. Results The requirements of basic knowledge,basic operation,occupational protection,teaching form and instrument recognition were both in the forefront of teaching and practice nursing students.The teaching staff had higher demand for nurses' professional value than nursing students,and the difference was statistically significant (P 〈0.05).There was no significant difference in demand of nursing teaching environment in operation room,nursing teaching skills in operation room,knowledge of nursing teaching in operation room and teaching mode in operation room nursing between both sides of teaching (P 〉0.05).Both sides had the greatest operation room nursing teaching mode demand. Conclusion Teachers should strengthen the improvement of teaching methods,should focus on exploring new forms of teaching,improve teaching efficiency,reduce learning difficulty of nursing students,optimize the learning environment.
