摘要
《红楼梦》中,贾珠的遗孀李纨以服膺儒家礼教、恪守三从四德的保守士族女性形象出场,其人格由父教家风、宗规族训等塑造而成,背负着道德化主体需要承载的训诫功能。这位看似槁木死灰的贞妇并非如表面虚静绝尘,曹氏以红梅及其拟喻物所代表的诗学意象,暗示李纨去性化的人格背后,有着女子的天然性情、精明的利己之心以及对世俗生活的热忱,并潜藏着自我社会性别的认知焦虑。在大观园中,李纨凭借其尊长身份、借助诗社形式,回归到一个性别意识清晰、身份秩序明确的女性世界,从而缓解了自我矛盾与性别焦虑,走入了自洽式的生活模式。
Li Wan,Jia Zhu's widow,appears as a conservative woman of an aristocratic family and scrupulously abides by wifely submission and virtue on the basis of Confucian hierarchy and decorum in A Dream of Red Mansions. Her personality molded by the education of patriarchal clan bears the function of moral admonition. However,Li Wan is not that extremely aloof from mundane affairs as she looks. Cao Xueqin,the author,uses red plum as well as its metaphorical objects as symbols of her natural temperament,secular utility value and enthusiasm for the reality that has resulted in the cognitive anxiety about her social gender. Li Wan returns to a female world with a clear gender identity by her higher authority in the form of Begonia Poem Club in the Grand Sight Garden so as to relieve her personality conflicts and ease gender anxiety,which leads to her selfcontained life.
