摘要 随着我国综合国力、国际地位和国际影响力的提升,国际社会越来越关注中国。由于政治、经济、文化等原因,西方国家对中国有不同程度的误解,"向世界说明中国"任重而道远。外宣翻译有利于塑造良好的国家形象,有利于西方国家了解真实的中国,有利于创建与西方国家合作的条件等。但是外宣翻译在实践中依然存在许多基础性失误、语用性失误和文化性失误,为了解决这些失误,适宜的翻译策略功不可没。故今日外宣翻译之责任,不在他人,而在我译者,译者的策略佳则质量高,质量高则效果好,效果好则形象佳。 With the high developing in comprehensive national strength,international status and international leverage,China has received world-wide attention. However, deliberate misinterpretation of China still exists because of different policies,economies and culture. Active presentation of China to the world still bears great responsibility and has a long way to go. C-E translation of China's International Communication for foreign is playing an important role in building national images and cooperating with the international community. It is also good for international countries to understand China. But there are still some mistakes in C-E translation of China's International Communication for foreign,so proper translation strategies are playing an important role in solving these mistakes. Thereforetoday's responsibility, not in others, and all in translator. Better translation strategies better translation quality,better translation quality better translation effects,better translation effects better images.
