摘要
部分高等学校专业人才培养模式尝试从学术型向应用型转变,文章分析了目前高校人才培养的现状,以培养应用型人才为目标,阐述了辽宁工业大学电子信息工程专业从专业培养模式的定位、课程体系的改革、创新实践应用平台的建立等面向应用型转型的具体实施措施,全面提升了教师的应用型人才培养水平和学生的专业能力、工程实践能力、综合素质,以及职业竞争能力。
Part of colleges and universities try to transform their talent-training mode from from academic to practical. Aiming atcultivating applied talents, this paper analyzes the current situation of talent cultivation in colleges and universities, elaborates thespecific measures implemented by Liaoning university of technology electronic information engineering from the positioning of the professional training mode, curriculum system reform and the establishment of the innovation practice application platform. Then the levelof training applied talents of the teacher and students＇ professional ability, engineering practice ability and comprehensive quality, andprofessional ability to compete would be improved.
