摘要 以CaCl_2、Na_2CO_3为原料,采用快速混匀法,研究了十二烷基苯磺酸钠(SDBS)和Na_2CO_3溶液的pH对纳米碳酸钙的影响。通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和X射线衍射仪(XRD)对产物的形貌和晶型做了分析和表征。研究发现,SDBS不仅改变了碳酸钙的形貌,还对产品的晶体结构有所调控。借助SDBS软模板和稳定分散的作用,合成得到了具有新颖形貌的扇形和片状碳酸钙,同时SDBS更有利于亚稳晶型球霰石的形成。Na_2CO_3溶液的pH对碳酸钙的形貌也起着调控作用,高pH条件下利于片状碳酸钙的生成。 CaCO3 nanoparticles were synthesized by rapid mixing method in the presence of SDBS using calcium chloride and sodium carbonate as raw materials.The effects of SDBS and p H of sodium carbonate solution on products were studied.The morphologies and polymorphs of CaCO3 nanoparticles were characterized by SEM and XRD.The results showed that SDBS could control the morphology of CaCO3 nanoparticles,at the same time it could change the polymorphs of products.Fanshaped and flaky CaCO3 with novel morphology was synthesized with the help of soft template and stable dispersion of SDBS.Vaterite can be favorably obtained in the presence of SDBS.Results showed that p H of sodium carbonate solution played an important role in controlling the morphologies of calcium carbonate. High p H was better for the formation of flaky CaCO3.
