摘要
以CaCl2和Na2CO3为原料,研究了在聚N-乙烯基己内酰胺-b-聚己内酯嵌段共聚物(PNVCL-bPCL)胶束溶液中CaCO3的结晶生长行为,并探讨了共聚物分子量和胶束浓度对CaCO3晶体生长的影响.利用傅里叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)、X-射线粉末衍射仪(XRD)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对CaCO3晶型及形貌进行了表征.结果表明,PNVCL-b-PCL共聚物中疏水性PCL链段的分子量和胶束浓度影响CaCO3的结晶过程,随着PCL链段和胶束浓度的增大,形成球霰石型CaCO3.
The crystallization of calcium carbonate ( CaCO3 ) by reaction of Na2CO3 and CaCl= was studied in poly ( N-vinylcaprolactam )/poly ( e-caprolactone ) ( PNVCL-b-PCL ) block copolymer micelles solution. The effects of the molecular weight and micelle concentration on the crystallization were investigated. Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR), X-ray powder diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM) were employed to analyze polymorphs and the morphologies of CaCO3. The results showed that the crystallization of CaCO3 was influenced by the PNVCL-b-PCL micelle. As the length of the PCL segment and the micelle concentration increased, the polymorph of CaCO3 was transformed to vaterite.
