摘要
阐述在线开放课程的课堂新特性,分析应用型本科高校在线开放课程建设存在的制约因素,提出更新观念与提升能力、错位发展与分类推进、整合资源与建设平台、制度保障与改善条件等策略,以期为应用型本科高校在线开放课程建设的科学发展提供有益借鉴。
The article expounds the new features of the construction of online open course. It analyzes the current situation of online open curriculum construction. The strategies are put forward： concept upgradation and ability ennancement, dislocation development and classification promotion, resources integration and platform construction,policy guarantee and conditions creation, etc.. It aims to provide a useful reference for the scientific development of construction of online open curriculum in local colleges and universities.
