摘要
目的评价将小剂量的盐酸右美托咪定应用于全身麻醉苏醒拔管期患者中的临床价值,评定其治疗效果。方法方便选取该院于2016年1—6月期间所收治的行全麻手术患者共120例,采用计算机表法的形式将其平均分成实验组和参照组,每组患者60例,其中实验组患者施行小剂量右美托咪定辅助治疗,参照组患者则采用生理盐水,对两组患者进行麻醉后10 min、拔管时、拔管后5 min以及拔管后30 min的舒张压、收缩压以及心率变化等指标进行比较和记录。结果两组患者指标对比,实验组的睁眼时间(15.10±3.02)min、拔管时间(17.23±4.64)min等指标和参照组对比(15.07±2.94)min、(17.10±4.14)min,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。实验组患者和参照组患者拔管时、拔管后5 min的舒张压分别为(81.7±13.1)mm Hg、(75.6±15.1)mm Hg和(94.9±13.0)mm Hg、(83.5±9.7)mm Hg,两组相比较,组间差异有统计学意义P<0.05),实验组患者和参照组患者拔管时、拔管后5 min的收缩压分别为(138.5±17.0)mm Hg、(127.9±16.8)mm Hg和(161.2±13.6)mm Hg、(139.6±15.1)mm Hg,两组相比较,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),实验组患者和参照组患者拔管时、拔管后5 min的心率分别为(87.5±14.0)次/min、(81.6±9.6)次/min和(104.5±10.6)次/min、(89.7±9.0)次/min,两组相比较,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组患者和参照组麻醉后10 min、拔管后0.5 h的舒张压分别为(75.1±10.8)mm Hg、(77.2±7.1)mm Hg和(74.8±8.8)mm Hg、(77.5±7.0)mm Hg,两组相比较,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),实验组患者和参照组麻醉后10 min、拔管后0.5 h的收缩压分别为(125.0±15.6)mm Hg、(119.1±9.4)mm Hg和(120.2±10.5)mm Hg、(118.3±8.6)mm Hg,两组相比较,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),实验组患者和参照组麻醉后10 min、拔管后0.5 h的心率分别为(76.1±10.2)次/min、(72.6±9.5)次/min和(75.5±7.0)次/min、(75.0±5.4)次/min,两组相比较,组间差异无统计学意�
Objective To evaluate the clinical value of small-dose dexmedetomidine in the general anesthesia awakening extubation period and evaluate the treatment effect. Methods 120 cases of patients with general anesthesia surgery in our hospital from January to June 2016 were convenient selected and randomly divided into two groups with 60 cases in each,the experimental group adopted the small-dose dexmedetomidine treatment, while the control group adopted the normal saline, and the changes of diastolic pressure, systolic pressure and heart rate in 10 min after anesthesia, at extubation, in 5 min after extubation and in 30 min afterextubation were compared and recorded. Results(15.07±2.94)min and(17.23±4.64)min in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group(15.10 ±3.02)min and the control group(17.10±4.14)min difference.(81.7±13.1)mm Hg,(75.6±15.1)mm Hg and(94.9±13.0)mm Hg,(83.5±9.7)mm Hg, respectively, and the diastolic blood pressure of the rats in the experimental group and the reference group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). The systolic blood pressure was(138.5±17.0)mm Hg,(127.9±16.8)mm Hg in the experimental group and the control group at extubation at 5 minutes after extubation,and(161.2 ±13.6)mm Hg,(139.6 ±5.1)mm Hg, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05), the experimental group and the reference group of patients extubation, 5 minutes after extubation(87.5 ±14.0)times/min,(81.6 ±9.6)times/min and(104.5 ±10.6)times/min, respectively(89.7±9.0)times/min, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(75.1±10.8)mm Hg,(77.2±7.1)mm Hg and(74.8±8.8)mm Hg, respectively, after 10 hours of anesthesia and 0.5 hours after extubation, respectively.(77.5±7.0)mm Hg,the difference between the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05), the experimental group of patients and reference The systolic blood pressure was(125.0 ±15.6)mm Hg,(119.1±9.4)mm Hg and(120.2 ±10.5)mm H
