摘要
目的探析小剂量盐酸右美托咪定在全麻苏醒拔管期的应用价值。方法 80例全麻手术患者随机分为两组(每组40例);治疗组,给予小剂量盐酸右美托咪定;对照组,给予生理盐水,比较两组疗效。结果两组在睁眼、拔管、抬颈5 s及自主呼吸上的时间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),在拔管时和拔管后5 min,治疗组血压、心率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在全身麻醉患者中推行小剂量盐酸右美托咪定方案效果较好。
Objective To analysis of small dose of dexmedetomidine hydrochloride application value in extubation period. Methods 80 cases of surgery under general anesthesia were randomly assigned to two groups（40 cases in each group）. The treatment group, treated with small dose hydrochloride dexmedetomidine, control group, treated with normal saline, compared two groups of curative effect. Results Two groups in the eyes, extubation, neck raised 5 s and spontaneous breathing time difference no statistical significance（P〈0.05）, after extubation and extubation 5 min, the treatment group, the blood pressure, heart rate lower than control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion In the general anesthesia with small dose of dexmedetomidine hydrochloride for better implementation of patients.
