摘要
马齿苋是一种新型的食物源,以其多样的药用功效、丰富的营养价值以及药食两用的特性受到了营养学家和研究人员的青睐。本文综述了马齿苋通过降血脂、抗炎、增强抗氧化作用以及保护肝细胞来发挥其保护肝脏功能的作用,为临床研究开发保肝新药提供了理论参考。
Machixian is a new kind of food source. Machixian has been favored by nutritionists and researchers because of its divers medicial efcacy, rich nutritional and the characteristics of edible and medicinal. This paper reviews the role of Machixian in protecting hepatic function by reducing blood lipids, anti-infammation, enhancing antioxidation and protecting hepatocytes, and provides a theoretical reference for clinical research and development of new drugs for hepatic preservation.
