摘要
目的:分析对子宫肌瘤患者使用消癥汤的临床疗效。方法:选择2015年1月-2016年1月我院接收的100例子宫肌瘤患者为研究对象,将其分为两组,每组50例。对照组使用米非司酮片治疗,观察组使用消癥汤治疗。分析相关指标改变情况和治疗效果。结果:对照组治疗总有效率为80.00%,观察组为96.00%,P<0.05;和对照组相比,观察组患者治疗后的子宫肌瘤直径显著减少,组间数据存在显著差异,P<0.05。结论:对子宫肌瘤患者使用中药消癥汤治疗,可在一定程度上缩小肌瘤直径,改善其临床症状,提升治愈率,促进疾病转归,值得进一步推广使用。
Objective： To analyze the clinical effect of the Xiaozheng decoction on hysteromyoma. Methods： 100 patients with hysteromyoma from January 2015 to January 2016 were selected as the research objects, and were divided into two groups, 50 cases in each group. The control group was given mifepristone. The observation group was given the Xiaozheng decoction. Changed situation of relevant indicators and efects were analyzed. Results： The therapeutic efciency was 80.00% in the control group and 96.00% in the observation group, P〈0.05. Compared with the control group, the diameter of hysteromyoma in the observation group was signifcantly better, P〈0.05. Conclusion： The Xiaozheng decoction can reduce the diameter of hysteromyoma, improve the clinical symptoms and cure rate, promote prognosis, and is worthy of further promotion and application.
