摘要
职业教育办学离不开企业这一重要主体的参与,将企业参与职业教育纳入企业社会责任报告,对于明确职业教育办学和扩大社会影响,探索职业教育人才培养模式,深化职业教育改革发展有重要参考作用。研究以300家企业社会责任报告为分析样本,从性质、行业、发展年限3个维度对企业参与职业教育的具体情况进行了对比分析,了解当前企业履行参与职业教育社会责任的情况,发现企业在参与职业教育过程中存在责任意识不清、重内部培训轻校外合作、行业参与水平参差不齐等问题。需要完善政策体系,为企业参与职业教育提高制度保障;深化产教融合,为企业参与职业教育提高行业环境;加强企业意识,为企业参与职业教育增加战略筹码。。
The running of vocational education can not be separated from the major participant——enterprises. Incorporating enterprises＇ participation in vocational education into the corporate social responsibility report has an important reference function for clarifying the school-running of vocational education and expanding its social impact, exploring the mode of cultivating talents, and deepening the reform and development of vocational education. By taking 300 corporate social responsibility reports as the sample, analyzing the specific situation of enterprises＇ participation in vocational education from three different dimensions, it is found that problems exist, such as enterprises having vague sense of duty in the process of involvement, emphasizing internal training but ignoring outside vocational practice, and uneven industries＇ participation level. Thus, it is suggested to perfect policy system to improve system guarantee for enterprises＇ participation in vocational education, deepen the integration of industry and education to improve the industry environment for enterprises＇ participation in vocational education, and strengthen enterprises＇ responsibility awareness to increase their strategic chips in the participation in vocational education.
