摘要
内部标杆管理是以医院内部最优秀科室和员工为基准的标杆管理。2015年7月我院启动三级甲等综合医院复审准备工作,为实现在一年的时间一次性通过上级卫生行政主管部门的评审,结合我院实际,引入标杆管理理念,采用内部标杆管理法,根据《三级综合医院评审标准实施细则(2011年版)》,结合医院拟定的条款目标级别标准要求为基准,通过打造内部标杆科室并对标杆项目进行推广应用,实施后效果良好。
Internal benchmarking management focuses on the best department and staff inside a hospital. Our hospital began to prepare for reexamination of our quality of being a grade-A-class-1 hospital in July 2015 so as to pass the assessment of superior health care administrative department in a one-year period. So we,according to our practical situations,introduced the theory of benchmarking management and adopted internal benchmarking management. According to Rules and Regulations for the Implementation of Three-Grade Comprehensive Hospitals Accreditation Standards( 2011),which was combined with items,objectives and standards set by our hospital,internal benchmarking departments were made and benchmarking projects got popularized and applied. The overall effects were good.
