摘要
在当前人们健康服务需求不断提升、国家医药卫生体制改革不断深化的形势下,加强医院质量内涵建设十分迫切。质量内涵建设的关键在于核心制度的落实、核心指标的完成、核心人员的管理。文章以这3个"核心"为切入点,结合南京军区南京总医院创新管理理念与实际经验,即以"核心制度"为抓手、夯实质量内涵建设基础,以"核心指标"为抓手、突出质量内涵建设成果,以"核心人员"为抓手、增强质量内涵建设动力,从而提高医院质量内涵建设水平。
With the increasing demands of medical service and deepening reforms in the health sector of the nation,hospitals are confronted with urgent challenges in their connotative quality construction.The keys to connotative quality construction include the implementation of key rules,the accomplishment of key norms,and the management of key personnel.To promote the connotative quality construction,management ideas have to be innovated by means of the " three keys",namely,solidifying its foundation with the key rules,stressing its results with the key norms,and strengthening its impetus with the key personnel.
