摘要
本文的材料是 2 5个调查组关于民间法的调查 ,表现了 2 0世纪 5 0年代以来一个个微观社会 (村寨 )中民间法的产生、运行和变迁的情况。本文要揭示的是这些微观社会中民间法的变迁过程和作用。
All the materials of this paper are taken from 25 minority villages in Yunnan province. It shows the growing?running and vicissitude of the folk law since 1949. The purpose of the paper is to reveal, during the whole process of vicissitude, how the folk law change and what effects it has in those microcosmic community.
