摘要
目的建立快速筛查止咳平喘中成药制剂中非法添加茶碱、醋酸泼尼松、醋酸地塞米松、倍他米松、二羟丙茶碱、盐酸克伦特罗、盐酸氨溴索的分析方法。方法以氯仿-甲醇(2∶8)为提取溶剂,采用GF254薄层板,以石油醚-乙酸乙酯-丙酮(5∶4∶1)为展开剂,并以石油醚-乙酸乙酯-甲醇-浓氨(4∶4∶1∶1)为二次展开剂,分别置紫外灯(254nm)下检视。结果茶碱、醋酸泼尼松、醋酸地塞米松、倍他米松、二羟丙茶碱、盐酸克伦特罗、盐酸氨溴索Rf值分别为0.85、0.78、0.65、0.60、0.43、0.35、0.30。结果与结论此方法快速简便,可作为检测中成药制剂中非法添加茶碱、醋酸泼尼松、醋酸地塞米松、倍他米松、二羟丙茶碱、盐酸克伦特罗、盐酸氨溴索的初筛方法。
OBJECTIVE To establish a rapid screening for cough and asthma preparation added illegally in the proprietary Chinese medicine preparations, theophylline, prednisone acetate, acetic acid dexamethasone, betamethasone ,2 hydroxypropyl theophylline ,clenbuterol hydrochloride ,hydrochloric acid, ammonia bromine analysis method of cable. METHODS With chloroform and methanol （2： 8} as the extraction solvent, and adopts GF254 thin layer plate,with petroleum ether-ethyl acetate-acetone （ 5 ： 4： 1 ） as developing agent, and with petroleum ether-ethyl acetate-methanol-concentrated ammonia （4：4： 1：1） as the second expansion agent,respectively,can be examined under a uv lamp （ 254nm ）. RESULTS The Rf of theophylline, prednisone acetate, acetic acid dexamethasone, betametha- sone ,2 hydroxypropyl theophylline, clenbuterol hydrochloride, hydrochloric .acid was 0. 85,0. 78,0. 65,0. 60,0. 43, 0. 35 and 0.30 respectively. CONCLUSION The method is quick and easy, and can be used for detecting illegal add theophylline in the proprietary Chinese medicine preparations, prednisone acetate, acetic acid, dexamethasone, betamethasone ,2 hydroxypropyl theophylline, clenbuterol hydrochloride, hydrochloric acid, ammonia bromine in the early screening method.
