摘要
澳大利亚教育质量的良好声誉使其成为澳大利亚第三大出口商品。通过对澳大利亚TAFE学院考察发现,其职业教育国家资格框架、高质量培训包、有效的拨款激励机制、行业深度参与、高质量课程、学生自我保证等,是TAFE学院教育质量保证的因素。借鉴TAFE学院质量保证的成功经验,中国高职院校可通过拨款制度改革、提高专业教学标准水平、制定课程能力国家标准、提高职业院校质量自我保证能力、行业企业积极参与等措施,提高教育质量保证水平。
Education of Australia has become the third largest export commodity of the country for its high quality. It has been found through survey on TAFE colleges of Australia that the national qualification frame for vocational education, high-quality training package, effective financial appropriation and encouraging mechanism, deep industrial participation, high-quality course and self-assurance of students are factors to ensure educational quality in TAFE colleges. Using the successful experiences of TAFE colleges on quality assurance, Chinese higher vocational colleges may raise the level of quality assurance by taking such measures as reform of financial appropriation system, enhancement of professional teaching level, formulation of national standards for curriculum ability, elevation of self-assurance ability of vocational colleges and proactive participation of industrial enterprises.
