摘要
目的:探讨综合性护理干预对预防下肢骨折后深静脉血栓(DVT)形成的效果。方法:选取笔者所在医院自2015年3月-2016年5月收治的96例下肢骨折患者作为研究对象,在取得患者知情同意下分为干预组和对照组,各48例,对照组采取骨科常规护理,观察组在此基础上采用综合性护理干预。结果:观察组平均住院时间为(10.4±3.3)d、深静脉血栓患者2例(4.2%)、中重度肿胀患者4例(8.3%)、护理满意度为97.2%,均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(t=3.26,X^2=4.32、7.94、3.90,P<0.05)。结论:综合性护理干预可有效的降低下肢骨折围手术期深静脉血栓的发生率,同时可有效减轻肢体疼痛及肿胀程度,缩短住院时间,提高患者对护理服务的满意度,值得在临床上推广应用。
Objective：To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on prevention of deep vein thrombosis（DVT） in lower limb fracture.Method：A total of 96 patients with lower limbs fracture in the author＇s hospital from March 2015 to May 2016 were selected as the research object,and divided into intervention group and control group with 48 cases in each group,the control group was given routine orthopedics nursing,the observation group was given the comprehensive nursing intervention on the basis of control group.Result：The average length of hospital stay in the observation group was（10.4± 3.3） d,2 patients with deep venous thrombosis,4 cases with moderate and severe swelling,the nursing service satisfaction was 97.2%,better than the control group,the differences were statistically significant（t=3.26,X2=4.32,7.94,3.90,P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Comprehensive nursing intervention can effectively reduce the incidence of lower limb fracture of peroperative period deep vein thrombosis,and can effectively reduce limb pain,swelling,shorten the hospitalization time,improve patient satisfaction with nursing service,worthy of further clinical application.
