摘要
目的:探讨循证护理在预防妇科恶性肿瘤术后下肢深静脉血栓形成中的应用效果。方法:应用循证护理多渠道寻找证据,进行严格评价,结合妇科的临床经验和实际,制定预防下肢深静脉血栓形成的护理方案,对320例妇科恶性肿瘤患者进行护理干预。结果:除1例术后发生下肢深静脉血栓形成,经及时治疗后好转外,其余患者术后1个月均无血栓形成表现。结论:将循证护理应用于预防妇科恶性肿瘤术后下肢深静脉血栓形成,可降低其发生率,是一种科学、有效、可行的护理方法。
Objective: To explore the effect of evidence-based nursing in prevention of deep venous thrombosis of lower limb after the operation on malignant tumor in the department of gynecology.Methods: Evidence-based nursing was applied to finding evidence as much as possible in many ways in order to work out a program of nursing care on the basis of scientific evaluation of the evidence and clinical experience.The program was followed to make intervention on 320 patients with malignant tumor in the department of gynecology.Results: No deep venous thrombosis of lower limb occurred in the patients except one in one month after operation.Conclusion: Deep venous thrombosis of lower limb can be effectively prevented when evidence-based nursing is applied to clinical practice.
