摘要
目的分析舒适护理对下肢骨折患者手术室疼痛的应用效果。方法选自2016年5月—2018年5月该院收治的下肢骨折患者110例,随机分两组,对照组55例手术室常规护理,研究组55例手术室舒适护理,对比两组手术室疼痛度及护理满意度。结果研究组术后24 h(5.67±1.30)分、48 h(4.41±1.21)分、72 h(3.21±1.16)分比对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),护理满意度98.18%比对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论舒适护理可降低下肢骨折患者手术室疼痛感,提高护理满意度,使患者在手术过程中最大程度配合医生,在临床治疗上具有一定辅助作用。
Objective To analyze the effect of comfortable nursing on operating room pain in patients with lower limb fractures. Methods A total of 110 patients with lower extremity fractures were enrolled in our hospital from May 2016 to May 2018. They were randomly divided into two groups. The control group received 55 cases of operating room routine care, and the study group had 55 cases of operating room comfort care. Room pain and care satisfaction. Results The 24 h(5.67±1.30), 48 h(4.41±1.21), and 72 h(3.21 ±1.16) scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group,the different was statistically significant(P<0.05), and the nursing satisfaction was 98.18% higher than the control group,the different was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Comfort nursing can reduce the pain in the operating room of patients with lower extremity fractures, improve the satisfaction of nursing, and make the patients cooperate with doctors in the course of surgery, which has certain auxiliary effects in clinical treatment.
