摘要
目的研究氧化低密度脂蛋白(ox-LDL)、白细胞介素-22(IL-22)以及白细胞介素-24(IL-24)在子痫前期(PE)患者血清及胎盘组织中的表达水平及其与PE疾病程度的相关性。方法选取40例PE患者,根据患者病情将全部患者分为轻度组20例,重度组20例,另选取同期接受常规孕检并最终顺利分娩的20例作为对照组;分别测定三组孕妇血清及胎盘组织中的oxLDL、IL-22以及IL-24表达水平并进行对比,分析血清ox-LDL与血清IL-22、IL-24的相关性,PE病情与ox-LDL、IL-22、IL-24的相关性。结果重度组患者分娩时孕周显著低于对照组与轻度组(P<0.01)。重度组患者血清中ox-LDL、IL-22、IL-24表达水平均显著高于对照组与轻度组(P<0.01);轻度组显著高于对照组(P<0.01);经进一步统计学分析三组组间对比ox-LDL、IL-22、IL-24表达水平均差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。血清中ox-LDL与IL-22、IL-24均具有显著正相关性(0<r<1,P<0.01)。重度组患者胎盘组织中ox-LDL、IL-22、IL-24表达水平均显著高于对照组与轻度组(P<0.01);轻度组显著高于对照组(P<0.01);经进一步统计学分析三组组间对比ox-LDL、IL-22、IL-24表达水平均差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。胎盘组织中ox-LDL、IL-22、IL-24表达水平与PE病情严重程度均呈显著正相关性(0<r<1,P<0.01)。结论 ox-LDL、IL-22、IL-24三项间密切相关,在PE患者的血清与胎盘组织中ox-LDL与IL-24均见过高表达,而IL-22随病情进展及ox-LDL与IL-24的高表达可见代偿性升高表达,三者的表达水平与PE病情的严重程度呈相关性;因此血清ox-LDL、IL-22、IL-24表达水平对于PE的诊断、病情进展及疗效评估均具有重要意义。
Objective To study the expression of oxidized low-density lipoprotein(ox-LDL),IL-22 and IL-24 in the serum and placenta of patients with preeclampsia and the correlation with the degree of preeclampsia. Methods Forty patients with preeclampsia were enrolled. All patients were divided into mild group(n =20) and severe group(n =20) according to the patient's condition. The levels of ox-LDL,IL-22 and IL-24 in serum and placental tissue of the three groups were measured and compared. 22,IL-24 and the relationship between ox-LDL, IL-22 and IL-24 in preeclampsia. Results The gestational age of the severe group was significantly lower than that of the control group and the mild group(P <0.01). The serum levels of ox-LDL,IL-22 and IL-24 in the severe group were significantly higher than those in the control group and the mild group(P < 0.01). The mild group was significantly higher than the control group(P < 0. 01). The levels of ox-LDL, IL-22 and IL-24 in the three groups were statistically different(P < 0.01). Serum ox-LDL had significant positive correlation with IL-22 and IL-24,0<r<1,P< 0.01. The expression of ox-LDL, IL-22 and IL-24 in the placenta of severe group was significantly higher than that of the control group and mild group(P < 0. 01). the mild group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.01) There was a significant difference in the expression of ox-LDL,IL-22 and IL-24 between the three groups(P <0.01). The levels of ox-LDL,IL-22 and IL-24 in placenta were significantly correlated with the severity of PE(0 < r < I,P < 0.01). Conclusion Ox-LDL, IL-22, IL-24 between the three closely related in serum and placenta of patients with preeclampsia in ox-LDL and IL-24 were high expression of IL-22, and with the progress of the disease and the high expression of IL-24 and ox-LDL showed compensatory increase in expression.
