摘要
目的:研究护士慎独精神培训在提高神经内科护理质量中的应用价值。方法:选择笔者所在医院神经内科2014年7月-2016年8月收治的200例患者为观察对象。根据慎独培训时间将其分为观察组和对照组,各100例。观察组为护士慎独精神培训后患者,对照组为慎独精神培训前的患者。对比两组的临床效果。结果:护理前,两组患者生活质量各指标水平比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),护理后,观察组和对照组生活质量评分分别提高为(154.98±27.13)分和(145.36±23.25)分,观察组评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,观察组SAS及SDS评分分别为(15.7±3.1)分和(25.1±3.2)分,明显优于对照组的(25.3±3.4)分和(37.7±4.2)分,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,观察组满意度显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对神经内科护士进行慎独精神培训,能够有效提升神经内科患者的护理质量,对促进护理研究具有较为重要的指导意义。能够有效提升神经内科患者生活质量,缓解患者焦虑情绪。
Objective： To study the application of internal medicine-neurology in the training of nurses Shendu spirit quality of nursing.Method ： From July 2014 to August 2016 in our hospital, 200 cases of internal medicine-neurology patients as the research object and were divided into the observation group and the control group, according to the training time, 100 cases in each group.The observation group was given nurses Shendu spirit training.The control group was given routine nursing.The application effects of two groups were compared.Result： Before nursing, there were no significant differences in the levels of quality of life between the two groups（P〉0.05）.After nursing, the quality of life scores in the observation group and the control group were increased to （154.98 ± 27.13） and （145.36 ± 23.25） points respectively, and the score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.After nursing, the scores of SAS and SDS in the observation group were （15.7 ± 3.1） and （25.1 ± 3.2） points respectively, which were significantly better than （25.3 ± 3.4） and （37.7 ± 4.2） points in the control group, the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.After nursing, the satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： The training of neurology nurses Shendu spirit can effectively improve the quality of patient care in neurology, and has important guiding significance to promote nursing research. It can effectively improve the quality of life of the patients with neurology and relieve the anxiety of the patients.
