海洋多黏类芽孢杆菌L_1-9菌株粉剂对黄瓜的促生防病作用 被引量:8

摘要 采用含药平板法测定L_1-9菌株粉剂对黄瓜枯萎病菌、大豆菌核病菌、水稻纹枯病菌及菠菜早疫病菌4种植物病原真菌的毒力,建立毒力回归方程,进而采用盆栽试验测定了拌种、拌土及灌根3种用药方法对黄瓜的促生效果及对黄瓜枯萎病的防治作用,为海洋多黏类芽孢杆菌菌剂的研究提供参考依据。结果表明:L_1-9菌株粉剂对菠菜早疫病菌的抑制作用最强,半数有效质量浓度(EC_(50))和90%有效质量浓度(EC_(90))分别为38.312 2 mg/L和66.732 2 mg/L;其对黄瓜枯萎病菌的抑制作用次之,EC_(50)和EC_(90)分别为48.925 2 mg/L和86.713 2 mg/L。L_1-9菌株粉剂3种用药方式均对黄瓜的生长发育产生明显的促进作用,拌土用药后黄瓜地上部分鲜质量增加了243.75%,拌种用药后黄瓜须根数增加了113.11%。L_1-9菌株粉剂对黄瓜枯萎病有较强的防治效果,拌种、拌土和灌根3种用药方式的防治效果分别为77.12%、81.32%、78.75%。综上,L_1-9菌株粉剂对4种植物病原真菌均具有明显的抑菌作用,且对黄瓜具有明显的促生防病作用。 This research applied medicated plate method to determine the virulence of Paenibacillus polymyxa L_1-9 bacterial powder on Fusarium oxysporum sp. cucumebrium Owen,Sclerotina sclerotiorum,Rhizoctonia solani and Alternaria solani,and concluded the toxicity regression equation. Besides,three kinds of treatment methods including seed dressing,soil mixing and root irrigation were also employed to explore the promoting effect of L_1-9 bacterial powder on cucumber growth and the control effect on cucumber fusarium wilt. These would provide a reference for further studying marine Paenibacillus polymyxa preparation. Results showed that the highest antibacterial effect was found on Alternaria solani,with EC_(50) and EC_(90) values of 38. 312 2 mg/L and 66. 732 2 mg/L,followed by Fusarium oxysporum sp. cucumebrium Owen,with the corresponding values of 48. 925 2 mg/L and 86. 713 2 mg/L. The three treatments all had positive influence on the growth of cucumber. Compared to the control group,soil mixing could remarkably promote the fresh weight of cucumber above the ground by 243. 75%,while the number of fibril root was increased by 113. 11% after seed dressing. Experiments also revealed that L_1-9 powder possessed strongerinhibitory effect on cucumber fusarium wilt,and the control effects in three treatments reached 77. 12%,81. 32% and 78. 75%,respectively. In summary,L_1-9 powder presented obvious inhibitory effect on the four different kinds of plant pathogenic fungi and positive effects on the growth and disease prevention of cucumber.
