摘要
细菌是植物病害生物防治的理想因子。综述了植物病害生防细菌筛选途径、筛选技术以及生防机制等方面的研究进展,指出了目前在植物病害生防细菌研究中存在的问题,并从生防细菌的筛选途径与技术、基础研究和遗传改良等方面提出了相应的对策。
Bactria can act as an available agent for biological control of plant disease. This paper introduced the research progress on bacteria for biological control of plant disease, including screening pathway and technique, and active mechanism of biocontrol bacteria. Meanwhile, it pointed out the problems in the study of bacteria for biological control of plant disease and gave some suggestion in the aspect of screening pathway and technique, basic research, and genetic modification.
