摘要
从顾客感知视角,以换挡过程的生物力学与感性工学分析为基础,通过大样本的消费者测试、访谈和问卷调查获取研究数据,运用统计分析方法和变异系数法,系统分析和构建了基于消费者主观评价的汽车换挡性能评价体系,并对该体系进行了系统的信度和效度检验,验证了有关结论的有效性。
An automobile shift performance evaluation system based on subjective evaluation of consumers was analyzed and constructed systematically through large-sample consumer testing, interviews and questionnaire survey to obtain study data, and then using statistical analysis method and variation coefficient method, based on biomechanics and Kansei engineering analysis of shift process from the customer perception. This system was tested for reliability and validity, which verified validity of related conclusion.
