摘要
变速箱作为汽车的核心部件,决定着研发整车水平的高低。长期起来,变速箱技术一直被国外大型汽车集团所垄断。文章在传统变速箱齿轮副设计的基础上进行了改进,设计了一种侧隙可调的变速箱齿轮副,实现了变速箱齿轮的无侧隙换挡,提高汽车换挡时的平顺性,减少换挡冲击,改善驾乘舒适性。
As the core part of the vehicle,the transmission determines the level of the vehicle.For a long time,Thetransmissiontechnology has been monopolized by foreign large automobile group.Based on the traditional design of transmissiongear is improved,the design of a transmission gear backlash adjustable,the non-backlash gear shift transmission,improvevehicle shift when the ride comfort,reduce shift impact,improve ride comfort.
