摘要
设计了一种可应用于车辆静态、动态2种工况下的全电式AMT选换挡位置自识别方法,并基于自识别的位置范围和控制目标制定了影响换挡品质的换挡控制策略。通过样机试验表明,采用所设计的选换挡位置自识别方法识别出的选换挡位置能够实现换挡控制,且换挡控制策略满足换挡时间的市场统计设计要求。
A self-identifying method for shift position of full-electric AMT applicable to static and dynamic vehicles is designed, and the shift control strategy which improves shifting quality is developed based on self-identifying position range and control target. The prototype test result indicates that the shift position identified by the above method can bring a successful shift control. Furthermore, this shift control strategy can satisfy the design requirements.
