摘要
目的:探讨不同海拔地区正常人群血清氧化应激反应相关指标含量变化。方法:采用比色法检测不同海拔地区(高海拔组、中度海拔组、平原组)血清丙二醛(malondialdehyde,MDA)、羟自由基(hydroxyl radicals,OH)、总抗氧化能力(total antioxidant capacity,T-AOC)、超氧化物歧化酶(superoxyde dismutase,SOD)、还原型谷胱甘肽(reduced glutathion,GSH)、氧化型谷胱甘肽(oxidized glutathione,GSSG)的含量。结果:高海拔组血清MDA、OH含量明显高于中度海拔组、平原组(9.91±9.17)nmol/L vs(5.71±1.00)nmol/L、(3.72±0.60)nmol/L(均P<0.05);(576.46±307.04)U/mL vs(361.79±312.61)U/mL、(198.31±109.37)U/mL(均P<0.05);中度海拔组血清MDA、OH含量明显高于平原组(5.71±1.00)nmol/L vs(3.72±0.60)nmol/L(P<0.05);(361.79±312.61)U/mL vs(198.31±109.37)U/mL(P<0.05);平原组血清AOC、SOD、GSH/GSSG含量明显高于中度海拔组及高海拔组(21.84±5.85)U/mL vs(15.05±5.16)U/mL、(13.33±4.05)U/mL(均P<0.05);(56.8±13.75)U/mL vs(40.38±23.98)U/mL、(21.75±5.86)U/mL(均P<0.05);(19.07±13.71)μmo/L vs(7.41±2.48)μmo/L、(6.39±1.92)μmo/L(均P<0.05)。中度海拔组血清AOS、SOD、GSH/GSSG含量明显高于高海拔组(15.05±5.16)U/mL vs(13.33±4.05)U/mL(P<0.05);(40.38±23.98)U/mL vs(21.75±5.86)U/mL(P<0.05);(7.41±2.48)μmo/L vs(6.39±1.92)μmo/L(P<0.05)。结论:随着海拔的升高,正常人群氧化应激反应升高,抗氧化能力下降。
Objective:This paper is to explore the content changes of normal people's serum oxidative stress related indicators in different altitude regions.Methods:Contents of serum MDA,OH,T-AOC,SOD,GSH and GSSG in different altitude regions(High altitude group,Moderate altitude group,Plain group)are detected by colorimetric method.Results:Contents of serum MDA and OH in High altitude group are higher than moderate altitude group and plain group(9.91±9.17)nmol/L vs(5.71±1.00)nmol/L and(3.72±0.60)nmol/L(P〈0.05),(576.46±307.04)U/mL vs(361.79±312.61)U/mL(198.31±109.37)U/mL(P〈0.05).Contents of serum MDA and OH in moderate altitude group is higher than plain group(5.71±1.00)nmol/L vs(3.72±0.60)nmol/L(P〈0.05),(361.79±312.61)U/mL vs(198.31±109.37)U/mL(P〈0.05).Contents of serum TAOC,SOD and GSH/GSSG in plain group are higher than moderate altitude group and high altitude group(21.84±5.85)U/mL vs(15.05±5.16)U/mL and(13.33±4.05)U/mL(P〈0.05),(56.8±13.75)U/mL vs(40.38±23.98)U/mL and(21.75±5.86)U/mL(P〈0.05);(19.07±13.71)μmo/L vs(7.41±2.48)μmo/L and(6.39±1.92)μmo/L(P〈0.05).Contents of serum T-AOC,SOD and GSH/GSSG in moderate altitude group are higher than High altitude group(15.05±5.16)U/mL vs(13.33±4.05)U/mL(P〈0.05);(40.38±23.98)U/mL vs(21.75±5.86)U/mL(P〈0.05);(7.41±2.48)μmo/L vs(6.39±1.92)μmo/L(P〈0.05).Conclusion:With the elevation increasing,oxidative stress reaction of normal people increases,and their antioxidant capacity decreases.
