摘要
大学生创新创业训练项目旨在提升大学生实践能力,是高等教育服务于创新型国家建设的重大举措。当前大学生创新创业训练项目存在诸多问题,包括宣传推广不到位、学校引导不充分、师资力量匮乏、学生态度不积极、管理机制不完善等。应当加大创新创业训练项目的宣传力度,将创业教育融入本科教学全过程,加强师资队伍建设,完善创新创业训练计划管理机制,使创新创业训练项目能够切实提升大学生创业能力,符合创新型国家战略需求。
College Students＇ innovation and entrepreneurship training program aims to improve the practical ability of college students. This is the important measure for higher education to help the construction of innovative country. But there are many problems in current college students＇ innovation and entrepreneurship training programs,such as lack of publicity and promotion,insufficient guidance from the college,lack of faculty,students＇ inaction,imperfect management mechanism,etc. To deal with these problems,we should strengthen the publicity of innovation and entrepreneurship training project, integrate entrepreneurship education into the whole process of undergraduate teaching,strengthen teacher training,and improve management of innovation and entrepreneurship training plan so that innovation and entrepreneurship training program can effectively improve students＇ entrepreneurial ability to meet the needs of strategy of innovative country.
