摘要
当前国内高校都在大力推进学生的创新创业教育,而大学生创新创业训练计划项目作为创新创业教育的重要载体在高校中被广泛开展。文章结合在大创项目中的组织管理和指导经验,全面分析了在大创项目组织管理运行中存在的问题,提出了改善大创项目管理实施质量的应对策略,为大学生双创能力的培养提供一定的借鉴。
At present,domestic colleges and universities are vigorously promoting the innovation and entrepreneurship education of students,and the innovation and entrepreneurship training program for college students,as an important carrier of innovation and entrepreneurship education,is widely carried out in colleges and universities.Based on the experience of organization and guidance in large-scale innovation projects,this paper comprehensively analyzes the problems existing in the operation of organization and management of large-scale innovation projects,and puts forward countermeasures to improve the quality of implementation of large-scale innovation project management,so as to provide some reference for the cultivation of entrepreneurship and innovation ability of college students.
