摘要
目的:探讨各级别胶质瘤中KI67和GDNF蛋白的表达及其临床意义。方法:收集2014年10月到2016年9月期间18例胶质瘤标本,分析其病理分级,其中Ⅱ级8例,Ⅲ级7例,Ⅳ级3例;18例患者均为初发且均未进行过放化疗。免疫组织化学染色方法检测KI67和GDNF蛋白在各级胶质瘤中的表达情况,用Image-Pro Plus(IPP6.0)处理软件进行灰度值扫描,SPSS 19.0方法统计分析数据,P<0.05为差异具有统计学意义。结果:免疫组织化学染色可见KI67蛋白定位在细胞核,在癌旁组织(N)中,KI67蛋白几乎无表达,随着病理级别的增高,KI67蛋白呈现出逐渐增高的表达趋势,且各组之间的差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);GDNF蛋白定位在细胞质,在癌旁组织(N)及各级别胶质瘤组织中,随着病理级别的增高,GDNF蛋白呈现出逐渐增高的表达趋势,且各组之间的差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:随着胶质瘤病理级别的升高,KI67和GDNF蛋白表达呈显著增高趋势。
Objective:To discuss the expression of KI67 protein and GDNF protein in glioma and its clinical significance.Methods:We collected 18 cases with no chemotherapy and radiotherapy of gliomas specimens from October 2014 to September 2016 and analyzed their pathology classification.8 cases was grade Ⅱ,7 cases was grade Ⅲ,3 cases was grade Ⅳ.We detected the expression of KI67 protein and GDNF protein with immunohistochemistry(IHC) and scanned grey value with Image-Pro Plus(IPP6.0).Results:KI67 protein located in the nucleus.With the increase of pathological grade,it showed a tendency of high expression,and it had not expression in the tissue adjacent to carcinoma(N).GDNF protein located in the cytoplasm.With the increase of pathological grade,it showed a tendency of high expression.The differences between the groups were statistically significant(P〈 0.05).Conclusion:The expression of KI67 and GDNF protein increased significantly with the increase of pathological grade of glioma.
