针对户外砖质文物的加固及脱盐研究 被引量:7

摘要 我国现存的户外砖质文物群体普遍存在严重的盐害损毁问题。实验选取了常见破坏性可溶盐Na_2SO_4,配制不同组分的溶液滴加到模拟样品中,用自主研发的CB试剂定量加固后再脱盐,追踪Na_2SO_4在该过程中回收、消耗状况;使用现代科学仪器(XRD、XRF)表征参与转化Na_2SO_4最终存在形式;阻尼抗钻力学测试验证了加固材料在水中保持良好稳定性。初步研究认为CB材料可实现加固与脱盐一次完成,具有实际的应用前景。 There are serious problems of salt damage in the existing outdoor brick cultiaral relics in Chtive salt Na2SO4 whose different quality are added to the simulated sample. We quant if icat ionaiy use self-developed mater ial( CB) to re-inforce sample and desalt it later, racking the recovery and consumption of Na. SO4. By using modern science instrXRF ),final form of partial Na2SO4 involved in transformation is confirmed. The damping and anti-drilling mechanics tes t verifies that the reinforcement material has good stability in the water . The preliminary stiidy suggests that CB processes botli function of reinforce-ment and desalination and has practical application prospect.
