摘要
为比较长江中下游及黄淮冬麦区主栽小麦品种的耐盐性,采用室内芽期和盐碱地田间全生育期耐盐性鉴定相结合的方法,以耐盐小麦品种德抗961为对照,研究长江中下游冬麦区7个主栽小麦品种和黄淮冬麦区7个主栽品种的耐盐性。芽期耐盐性鉴定结果表明:14个主栽品种中有2个中耐、2个高感和10个敏感;黄淮冬麦区7个主栽小麦品种平均耐盐性略强于长江中下游冬麦区7个主栽小麦品种,其相对盐害率平均差值为3.01%;黄淮冬麦区各品种间相对盐害率变幅为32.08%,其中良星99和良星66耐盐性较为突出;长江中下游麦区各品种间相对盐害率变幅为29.07%,宁麦13耐盐性稍强。
This research compared the levels of salt tolerance of main wheat cultivars planted in middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River and Huang Huai area. Employing ＂Dekang 961＂ as the control cultivar, 14 wheat cultivars（7 each planted in Huang Huai area and the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River） were assessed by testing their salt tolerance in the germination stage and whole growth period. As a result, salt tolerance test in the germination stage identified 2 cultivars as tolerant cultivars, another 2 cultivars as highly sensitive cultivars, and the remaining 10 cultivars as sensitive cultivars. The cultivars ＂Liang xing 99＂ and ＂Liang xing 66＂ planted in Huang Huai area showed greater salt tolerance than other cultivars in this area; in contrast, no substantial differences in salt tolerance existed among different varieties in middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River, with ＂Ningmai 13＂ having slightly higher salt tolerance than the other wheat varieties in this region. The average salt tolerance of wheat cultivars in Huang Huai area was slightly higher than that in the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River. The results of testing the salt tolerance of the 14 wheat varieties in the germination stage and whole growth period were overall consistent, confirming their reliability.
