摘要
对金银花中绿原酸的水热法提取工艺进行了研究。在单因素试验的基础上,选取液料比、提取温度以及提取时间为自变量,绿原酸得率为评价指标,采用Box-Behnken试验设计及响应面分析法,对该提取工艺进行了优化。结果表明,绿原酸水热法提取的最佳条件为液料比20∶1(m L/g),提取温度120℃,提取时间20 min,在此条件下,绿原酸的得率为3.60%与预测值3.69%基本相符。
The hydrothermal extraction techology of chlorogenic acid from were studied. Thesingle factor experiment combined with Box-Behnken design was used to optimize the hydrothermal extractiontechnology,with the yield of chlorogenic acid as evaluation index,in order to three factors,including theliquid/solid ratio,extraction temperature and extraction time,and optimize the hydrothermal extraction processof chlorogenic acid from Flos lonicerae. The research results showed that the optimum hydrothermal extractionparameter was:liquid/solid ratio 20 : 1(mL/g),extraction temperature 120 ℃,extraction time 20 min.Underthe conditions, the yield of chlorogenic acid was 3.60%, which was agree with the predicted value(3.69%) .
