摘要
冰岛职业教育发展历史悠久,由于政府重视、行业企业积极参与职业教育办学,因此职业教育为国内各行各业培养了众多优秀人才。学徒制作为职业教育的形式之一,在冰岛被众多学生接受,冰岛政府通过改革职业教育治理体系、签订学徒合同、审核企业培养资质、建立成本分摊机制等措施来保障学徒的培训质量。
Vocational education in Iceland has a long history of development, because the government attaches importance to industry and enterprises to actively participate in vocational education school,so vocational schools train a lot of talents for all types of domestic industry.Apprenticeship is one of the forms of vocational education. It is accepted by many students in Iceland. Iceland has been able to guarantee the quality of apprenticeship by reforming the system of vocational education management,signing apprenticeship contracts,examining enterprise qualification,and establishing cost sharing mechanism.
