摘要
英国现代学徒制改革是联合政府执政期间(2010—2016年)优先发展的议题。通过改革,英国现代学徒制对提升劳动者技能水平和促进经济发展起到了极大地推动作用,利益相关者的满意度普遍提升。近年来,英国又开始以"开拓者"项目为依托,以雇主主导方式进行学徒标准化和评价规范化改革,旨在进一步提升学徒制的质量。结合英国的学徒制在评价模式方面的改革经验和我国职业教育发展的现状,提出推进现代学徒制能力标准化建设,引入第三方评价,加强制度建设的改革建议。
[ Abstract ] The Apprenticeship is a key priority for the UK coalition government (2010--2016). It increases workers level of productivity and significantly contributes the economic development, improved the stakeholders satisfaction. In recent years, underpins the apprenticeship reforms have been driven to date by employer-led Trailblazer project groups. The key to Trailblazer project is development apprenticeship standards and assessment plan. The goal is to further enhance the quality of the apprenticeship. The UK apprenticeship can provide the experiences for our vocational education reform. Advancement modern apprenticeship standardized system construction, leading in the introduction of third-party assessment and strengthening institutional construction are the study of recommendations.
