摘要
参考咨询服务规范是图书馆参考咨询服务的指导方针和行动指南,对参考咨询服务发展至关重要。从馆员资质、回答策略、时间承诺、法律问题以及合作建立等五个方面分析国外主要参考咨询服务规范,以期为我国相关工作带来有益借鉴和启示。
Reference service specification is the guideline of the reference service of library,and it is crucial to the development of reference service.In order to bring beneficial reference and enlightenment to our related work,this paper analyzes foreign libraries’ service specification from five aspects of librarian qualification,answering strategy,time commitment,legal issue and cooperation.
