摘要
探究大学生图书馆求助回避行为的影响因素,可为完善高校图书馆参考咨询服务、助力大学生提高学习效率提供有益参考。文章以一所地方高校图书馆为案例,采用扎根理论方法与定量分析方法相结合,借助ROSTCM6、NVivo12和SPSS23.0等软件分析高校图书馆大学生用户的求助回避行为,得到大学生用户能力、大学生用户心理以及高校图书馆服务3个核心影响因素,发现不同性别、年级大学生的图书馆求助回避行为的影响因素存在差异性,并基于自我决定理论构建高校图书馆大学生用户求助回避行为的影响因素模型,最终从推广巡回参考咨询服务、优化新生入馆教育内容和细化馆员服务素养培训3个方面提出激发高校图书馆大学生用户求助行为的建议。
Exploring the influencing factors of help-seeking avoidance behaviors of college library users can better provide beneficial references for improving the library reference service and help college students improve their learning efficiency.Based on a case study of a typical local university library,a mixed research method combining grounded theory and quantitative analysis method is adopted.ROSTCM6,SPSS23.0 and NVivo12 software are used to analyze the influencing factors.Three main influencing factors are obtained,including college students ability,college student psychology and university library service.The differences of help-seeking avoidance behaviors among college students of different genders and grades are also found.Based on self-determination theory,an influencing factor model of college library users'help-seeking avoidance behaviors is constructed.Finally,some suggestions are put forward to stimulate the help-seeking behaviors of college library users from three aspects:promoting roving reference service,optimizing the content of library entry education for freshmen,and refining literacy training of librarian service.
