摘要
高压SF_6断路器广泛应用于电力系统中,是电力系统中最重要的保护和控制设备,长期运行可能会出现发热缺陷。本文针对一起SF_6断路器灭弧室发热缺陷进行了详细分析,利用红外热成像、回路电阻测试判断缺陷,通过解体检测验证试验结论,缺陷原因为动触座与带状触指接触不良,最后针对SF_6断路器发热缺陷提出了处理建议。
The SF6 circuit breaker is widely used in the electric system and it is the most important protecting and controlling device. It may appear that arcing chamber heat with the operating life growth. It is put forward that the abnormal defect analysis of infrared thermometer to SF6 circuit breaker arcing. The defect is judged by infrared thermography and loop resistance,and it is checked by arcing disintegration. The heat reason is bad contact between contact base and contact finger. Finally,the paper provides some suggestion of the advices to heat defect of SF6 circuit breaker.
