摘要 目前随着变电设备在线监测技术的推广,红外温度在线监测必将广泛应用于电力设备状态检修。笔者提出了一种电力设备实时温度三维显示的方法,该方法结合了3DMax建模和实时温度插值计算技术,能够使检修人员实时掌握电力设备运行时的发热状况,有效地对设备运行状态进行评估,提高了设备运行检修效率,实现设备状态检修。仿真结果表明,此方法计算简单,容易实现,最后电力设备模型的温度分布与实际温度具有较高的一致性。 With the promotion of on-line monitoring technologies for substation equipment, the on-line infrared temperature monitor will be widely used in condition-based maintenance of electric equipment. This paper proposes a three-dimensional real-time temperature display method of electrical equipment, which combines 3DMax modeling and real-time temperature interpolation. With this method maintenance personnel can obtain the real-time heating status of power equipment in operation, and evaluate equipment state more effectively, thus efficient condition-based maintenance of the equipment can be realized. Simulation results show that this method is of simple calculation and easy implementation, and the temperature distribution of equipment model highly consists with the actual temperature.
