摘要
基于SF6气体放电分解特性,模拟7种内部缺陷;然后用气相色谱、气相色谱质谱联用仪、DPD SF6杂质分析仪对SF6放电分解产物进行跟踪分析;进一步利用上述仪器对SF6电气设备进行普查;总结出SF6气体分解产物与SF6电气设备内部缺陷间关系;最后制定了SF6电气设备SF6气体检测周期、指标与故障判据,使SF6电气设备状态检修实际成为可能。
Based on SF6 gas discharge decomposition characteristics, seven internal faults were simulated; and then tracking analyses on SF6 discharge decomposilion were made and further more SF6 electrical equipments were detected by gas chromatography, gas chromatography mass spectrometry instrument, DPD SF6 impurities Analyzer. We summerize the connection between the SF6 gas discharge decomposition and SF6 electrical equipment intenal faults. Finally, SF6 gas detection cycle, indicators and fault criterion, were established, which makes an actual electrical equipment condition-based maintenance possible.
