摘要
目的了解江阴市2016年饮食和服务行业从业人员肠道检测中检出的11株鼠伤寒沙门菌的H抗原凝集情况及其同源情况。方法采用培养基生长特征培养、生化反应、荧光PCR检测、血清学凝集试验及脉冲场凝胶电泳(pulsed field gel electrophoresis,PFGE)。结果 11株菌通过培养基生长培养、生化反应、荧光PCR检测阳性符合沙门菌,血清型均为O4,5,12∶Hi∶H2,确定为鼠伤寒沙门菌。PFGE检测样本号JY008和JY009同源,其他均不同源。结论 11株鼠伤寒沙门菌血清型相同,且均凝集出H抗原2相。2016年饮食和服务行业从业人员中鼠伤寒沙门菌基因组多样化,同源性低。
Objective To understand 11 strains Salmonella typhimurium H antigen serum agglutination and their homologous situation of food and beverage service industry in Jiangyin in 2016. Methods Growth characteristics in different cultures,biochemical reactions,fluorescent PCR detection,serological tests and pulsed field gel electrophoresis( PFGE) test. Results After growth characteristics in different cultures,biochemical reactions and fluorescent PCR detection,all of 11 strains suspicious bacteria are conformed to the characteristics of Salmonella,their serotypes are O4,5,12∶ Hi∶ H2,and they are determined to salmonella typhimurium. PFGE test results is the number of samples JY008 and JY009 homology, others are different source. Conclusion The serum of 11 strains of Salmonella typhimurium was the same, and which has H antigen phase2. Salmonella typhimurium is genomic diversity and low homology of food and service industry practitioners in 2016
