摘要
本文对近年来杨桃营养与品质、杨桃的药用价值及其保鲜加工技术的研究进展进行综述,以便为后续开展相关研究提供参考。
In this paper, research progress of nutrition and quality, medicinal value and fresh-keeping, processing techniques of cararnbola in recent years were reviewed so as to provide references for the follow-up related research.
