摘要
在温度为(22±2)℃的条件下,使用聚乙烯(PE)袋、透湿袋和生物降解(PBAT)袋对杨桃进行包装,探究包装袋内相对湿度和顶空气体含量对杨桃贮藏品质的影响。结果显示,裸放组在贮藏6~8 d失去商品价值;PE组形成高相对湿度(85%±2%)、高氧气(20.4%±0.2%)的环境,可以将杨桃的货架期延长至14~16 d,其酸度较大,糖度较小;透湿组和PBAT组形成较低相对湿度、较低氧气的环境,提高了果实中可溶性固形物和VC含量,但低相对湿度不利于保持果实的外观,进而缩短货架期。研究表明,相对湿度是影响杨桃果实贮藏品质的主要指标,顶空氧气和二氧化碳的含量次之。
Under the condition of(22±2)℃,polyethylene(PE)bags,moisture-permeable bags and biodegradable(PBAT)bags were used to pack and store carambola(star fruit).The effects of relative humidity and headspace air content in the packaging bags on the quality of star fruit were explored.The results showed that the control group lost its commercial value between the 6th and 8th day.The storing environment at a high relative humidity of 85%±2%and high oxygen volume fraction(20.4%±0.2%)in the PE bag could prolong the shelf life of carambola to 14~16 d,yet the acidity of the fruit turned out to be relatively high with less sugar content.The moisture permeability bags and PBAT bags within low relative humidity and low oxygen volume fraction increased the content of soluble solids and VC in the fruits,but low relative humidity was not conducive to maintaining the appearance of fruits,thus shortening the shelf life.The study demonstrated that the relative humidity was the primary parameter for quality control of carambola fruit,followed by the control of headspace oxygen and carbon dioxide content.
