摘要
目的:分析精神科护士组织支持感、心理资本对心理困扰的影响。方法:按地域划分选取山东省6家地市级精神专科医院812名护士,采用心理困扰量表、组织支持感量表和心理资本问卷进行问卷调查。结果:精神科护士心理困扰检出率为70.3%,均分为(21.29±8.11)分,组织支持感得分为(37.17±11.07)分,心理资本得分为(4.09±0.70)分。精神科护士心理困扰与组织支持、心理资本呈显著负相关(P<0.01),组织支持与心理资本呈显著正相关(P<0.01)。心理资本在组织支持感与心理困扰的关系中发挥部分中介作用,中介效应为-0.11,占总效应的29.1%。结论:精神科护理管理者应创造良好的组织支持环境,提高护士的心理资本,减少护士心理困扰的发生。
Objective： To investigate the effect of perceived organizational support and psychological capital on psychological distress among psychiatric nurses. Methods： Eight hundred and twelve psychiatric nurses were recruited from six psychiatric hospitals of Shandong province. They were investigated with the Kessler Psychological Distress Scale, Survey of perceived organizational support, Psychological Capital Questionnaire. Results： About 70.3% of psychiatric nurses had psychological distress. The mean scores of psychological distress, perceived organizational support and psychological capital were 21.29±8.11, 37.17±11.07 and 4.09±0.70 respectively. Psychological distress was negatively related to psychological capital and perceived organizational support （P〈0.01）. Psychological capital had positive correlation with perceived organizational support （P〈0.01）. Psychological capital was a mediator （mediating effect was -0.11） of perceived organizational support and psychological distress; and it explained 29.1% of the total effects. Conclusion： Managers of psychiatric department should provide supportive settings and investment in psychological capital to improve psychological distress among psychiatric nurses.
