体育教育中自主支持环境的创设——基于自我决定理论的分析 被引量:1

摘要 根据自我决定理论,在体育教育中,教师创设的自主支持环境能满足自主、能力和归属三种心理需要,从而促进自主动机的形成。因此,文章以自我决定理论及其实证研究结果为基础,探索在体育教育中如何创设自主支持的教学环境。分析自主支持环境的理论基础,介绍Reeve及其同事提出5种自主性支持教学行为:培养内在动机资源;提供解释理由;采用信息、非控制性的语言;承认和接受负性情感;表现出耐心,并举例说明其在体育教育中应用。
